PRIVATE LABEL ORDER

Private label order refers to standard products AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, with customized label/logo added on products, per customer's request. Private label is NOT available via self-check out online order, please email us at info@cooberbeauty.com for private label orders.

PRIATE LABEL 

Private label service details: 

1. Label layout design - We do not make logo design. It's customer's responsibility to submit your logo image, and also to complete a short label content checklist before our design team starting the layout design process;

2. Label printing - our price includes standard glossy paper only (printing color maybe slightly different from layout design electronic file, as discrepancies between digital color and print color is common). If you have high expectations in label paper and printing color/quality/result, we recommend that you should choose your own printing vendor and handle label printing on your own.

3. Label installation - we will install labels on products, and you'll receive products with labels on them.

Our design team utilizes professional design software CorelDraw, and Photoshop for layout design.

With private label order, customers are expected to receive a draft label layout design, 3 free revisions where changes are requested for, and a final label layout design upon your/customer's approval before we proceed to the printing process. Customers will be participating and monitoring the label layout design process.

Please note that once final approval is obtained, and printing is in process, you may no longer make any changes. Otherwise, a new one-time charge will apply.

Please also note that printing color might be slightly different due to paper, inks and toners of digital and conventional presses, and digital display equipment/mobile phone/PC/Tablet monitor’s display, which is common in the industry. 

MOQ

Private label order has a minimum order quantity ranges from 100 qty to 300+ qty on each product and size, depending on which one is chosen.

Processing time

Initial Order on private label order estimated processing time ranges from 5-6 weeks after full payment is received, and logo image and completed label content checklist are all received. However, it could take longer time due to circumstances （and not limited to) of waiting for customer's approval on label layout design, U.S. or China national holidays, and other unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances. 

Future Reorder on private label order estimated processing time ranges from 3-5  business days, but it's case by case, which could take longer time for larger quantity orders and other unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances.
